From March 17–21, 2025, the Austrian Association for an Inclusive Society (AIS) hosted the SECURER Learning, Teaching, and Training Activity (LTTA) in Vienna, Austria. This five-day event brought together project partners, educators, and experts from across Europe for an inspiring week of collaboration, learning, and exchange on inclusive and digital education.
Throughout the week, participants engaged in interactive sessions on inclusive education in digital learning environments, exploring how technology can support students with special educational needs. The agenda also featured VR-based training, workshops on volunteering management, sustainable education practices, and renewable energy learning models.
Special highlights included a visit to the Austrian Parliament, a presentation on disability rights at CEU Vienna, and study visits to Equalizent, a training centre for Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals, and GEDS Jungle, an innovative platform for youth development.
The LTTA concluded with reflections, project evaluations, and a certificate ceremony, reinforcing SECURER’s mission to empower teachers and parents to create more inclusive, equitable, and modern learning environments across Europe.
